The EU Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (OS platform). As a consumer, you can settle disputes arising from your online orders out of court here. You can reach the dispute settlement platform at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You can send us any complaints by email to weingut@bernhardraeder.de.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in an arbitration procedure.
